BOOKING POLICIES

To ensure a smooth experience for all clients, please review the following booking policies before scheduling your appointment. By booking an appointment, you agree to all policies listed. These policies protect the time, quality, and experience of all clients.

    • All first-time man unit clients must complete a virtual consultation before booking an installation.

    • During the consultation, we assess your scalp, discuss your goals, and match you with the correct unit.

    • The consultation fee is $25 and is credited toward your man unit installation if you move forward.

    • No installation appointments will be approved until the consultation is completed.

  • Man Unit Install Deposit — $200

    Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable

    Deposits help protect our schedule and reduce non-serious bookings.

  • The remaining balance is due at the end of your service.

    • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your appointment time.

    • Cancellations made within 24 hours forfeit the deposit.

    • No-shows automatically forfeit the deposit and require a new deposit to rebook.

    • Appointments may be rescheduled one time if you give 24 hours notice.

    • A new deposit is required if you request additional rescheduling.

    • There is a 15-minute grace period with notice.

    • Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in cancellation of your appointment.

    • If your appointment is canceled due to lateness, the deposit is forfeited.

    • ATl Man Units recommend man unit is installed by a trained professional.

    • ATL Man Unit is not responsible for damage caused by at home installs or installations done by unqualified individuals.

    • Professional installation is available with Sami Tha Barber.

  • Clients must arrive with:

    • A clean, product-free scalp

    • No oils, grease, gels, or conditioners

    • Do not shave your head prior to installation

    Failure to follow preparation instructions may affect the quality of your install.
